Ownership is shared, not transferred
A reviewer reports there is no simple ownership transfer, so admin rights are shared as a team, which complicates handover.

Why businesses are leaving Strikingly for WordPress
These are the issues owners most often report when they outgrow Strikingly.
One-page structure
Single-page sites are rebuilt as WordPress pages with clear anchors, so each section stays easy to find.
Integrations are limited
A reviewer reports no Zapier connection, so the shipping and CRM tools are rebuilt with WordPress plugins.
Export is not documented
The sources do not show an official export, so sections, images and links are captured and checked.
Growth limits
A single-page builder limits blog posts and new services, so a multi-page WordPress structure leaves room to grow.
Anchors and links
Anchor links and page addresses are kept or redirected, so existing links continue to work.

A note from the founder
You'll work with real people, not a ticket system
Hi, I'm Anup. I started Transfer to WordPress because I kept meeting business owners who were paying too much for a website they couldn't fully control.
Every migration is rebuilt by hand by our team, and you can message us directly at any point. If something isn't right, we fix it. That's how we've earned a 4.9 rating from more than 600 businesses.
